Your parcel can be delivered wherever you decide: at home, on holiday or even to your workplace. In order for you to receive your goods in the best condition with minimal time delays, we mainly use Fargo Courier by Wells Fargo for all deliveries within East Africa including Kenya and DHL Express for the Rest of the World outside of East Africa.

 

Express Stock Deliveries within Kenya

For deliveries in Kenya, our delivery charge includes all relevant fees & taxes. Please see our current delivery options below:

  • FREE 3-5 Days Standard Delivery
  • Ksh250.00 NEXT Day Express Delivery All Locations - order before 2PM
  • Ksh 500.00 ONE Hour Delivery Service within Nairobi – order before 2PM
  • Ksh 250.00 SAME Day Express Delivery excluding remote towns – order before 2PM

 

Pre-Order UK 2 Kenya Deliveries

UK 2 Kenya Pre-Orders can be sent by either Air or Sea and are charged per weight in kilograms (KG) based on Actual or calculated Volumetric weight of the shipping box, whichever is higher.

  • Sea Cargo (6-8 Weeks) - £2.95 GBP Per KG
  • Air Freight (7-14 Days) - £7.50 GBP Per KG

International Delivery

When purchasing from our website for delivery outside of East Africa you are effectively becoming an importer and charges may apply to goods bought shopping online from Kenya. You will likely have to pay customs duty and taxes when they enter your country and the goods may be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of any duties and tax incurred.

We use DHL Express as our preferred courier for all international deliveries. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that your order does not contain anything which could be termed as prohibited within your country. You, the customer, is also responsible for all local taxes, duties & customs clearance fee's incurred during shipping on international orders.

Order Processing

Our website operates 24/7 and orders can be placed any time, day or night. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 09:00 & 17:00. Any orders placed outside of these hours, over the weekend, or on bank holidays will be processed on the following working day. Same day and One-hour deliveries must be ordered before 2PM on the same day.

Missing Parcels

We do not accept any liability for any parcels which have been delivered but go missing. In the event that your parcel has gone missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate with the courier as to the whereabouts of the missing parcel in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
